He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jill Malefyt (Timothy), Susan Martin (late Ronald) and Nancy Drukker (Roy). He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren (1 deceased) and 5 great-grandchildren.

Private interment at Crest Haven Cemetery, Clifton, NJ In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Covenant Christian Reformed Church, 400 North Haledon Avenue, North Haledon, NJ 07508.
