We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2018, at the age of 73, Richard O. Forzani (Garfield, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Oscar Forzani and Edna Forzani; his wife Kathleen; his children, Daniel, Casey, Katelyn and Richard; his siblings, Diana, Carol, Mary, Lillian, Edward and Michele; and his grandchildren, Charlie and Casey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his name to the Villa Marie Claire Hospice in Saddle River, NJ.
