She was predeceased by: her father Peter S. Crisafi, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Concetta "Ada" Crisafi; her brother Peter S. Crisafi, Jr. (Linda); her nieces, Danielle, Jennifer and Kristen; her nephew Peter, III; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailey, Julia, Matthew, Nicholas, Skyler, Alexa and Christopher.
In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
