She is survived by: her parents, Wojciech Brejnak and Katarzyna (nee Michniewicz) Brejnak; her siblings, Magdalena and Robert Brejnak; her grandparents, Marian, Krystyna Michniewicz, Tomasz Brejnak and Danuta Jalbrzykowska; and her godparents, Mariusz Michniewicz and Agnieszka Szawluk.
