He is survived by: his wife Ramona Pichardo; his daughters, Ana Maria Diaz and Anays Diaz; his grandchildren, Jazlyne (Diaz), Kaiden Tatis, Kaivion Tatis, Kiana Tatis, Kiara Marie Gutierrez and Royal Javier Gutierrez; his son-in-law Ignacio Javier Gutierrez; and his siblings, Rafael Antonio Filion, Ramon Antonio Filion, Martha Maria Filion, Georgina Mercedes Filion, Rosa Maria Filion and Ana Celiste Filion.
