It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Rugar of Garfield, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on November 23, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Amy DeFazio-Rugar; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his daughter Alexis Rugar (John Scanlan); and his brother Lawrence (Carolyn).
