She was predeceased by: her husband Edmund; and her siblings, Jozef Leja, Zofia Skvarkowa, Ludwika Balinska, Wladyslawa Karcz and Anna Majerczyk.
She is survived by: her children, Kazimierz Modła (Jolanta) of South Hackensack, Zofia Bernatowicz of Garfield and Margaret Olszak (Andrzej) of Clifton; her grandchildren, Isabella, Anna, Iwona, Andrzej, Konrad, Tomasz and Michael; her great grandchild Arlo; and her sibling Jozefa Obrochta.
