Luigi Attardo Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Luigi Attardo of Garfield, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 11, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Carmelo Attardo; and his brother-in-law Enzo Verni. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his children, Calogera "Carolyn" Caccamo (Giorgio) and Diego Attardo (Michele); his grandchildren, Joseph (D'Metria), Heather (Andrea), Brandon (Brittany) and Gabriella; his great grandchildren, Nikolas and Isabella; his siblings, Vincenzo (Luigina), Lena Geremia (Eduardo) and Carmela Verni; and his sister-in-law Nancy Attardo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Aloia Funeral Home (180 Harrison Ave, Garfield, NJ 07026). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM and from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
