She was predeceased by: her father Edward Gurak. She is survived by: her mother Mary Gurak Bielen; her siblings, Frances Martin, Edward Gurak (Susan) and Patricia Rigoliosi; and her stepsister Nancy Bielen. She is also survived by two nieces, two nephews, and eight great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family will accept memorial gifts for St. Jude Children's Hospital and the National Humane Society.
