She was predeceased by: her husband John; and her siblings, Sara Antes and Michael Bloos. She is survived by: her children, John Czujko (Debbie), Christina Walis (Jerry) and Kathy Czujko; her grandchildren, Erika Wood (Fred), John Czujko (Stacey), Michael Czujko, Jennifer Shaw (Ricky) and Jerry Walis (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Kellyann, Johnny, Katharina, Addison and Ricky.
