She is survived by: her children, Wojciech Puzio and Maria Dziadosz; her daughters-in-law, Helena Puzio and Wieslawa Puzio; her brother Jan Rzeszutko (Zofia); her grandchildren, Chet Puzio (Aneta), Christine Puzio, Ania Puzio, Robert Puzio and Monika Puzio; and her children, Robert and Ania. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
