She was predeceased by: her husband Louis; her sons, Michael and Bernard; her grandsons, Matthew and Tony Bendzak; and her brothers, John and Albert Koza.
She is survived by: her children, Louise Gaita (Joe), Catherine Bilokin (Pete), Vincent (Jeanine), Philip (Ronnie), Lewis and Christopher Bendzak (Kathryn); and her siblings, Cecilia Mentzer, Theresa Enedy (Mick), Frank (Susan), Paul (Bertha), Bernice and Rapheal Koza. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
