She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Wilk (Radek) and Michael Wilk; her parents-in-law, Julia and Jacob Molitoris Sr.; her siblings, John (Theresa), Stanley (Mary), Emily (Edward) and Helen (Clemens); and her granddaughter Michelle Ford.
She is survived by: her husband Jacob Molitoris, Jr.; her children, Robert Molitoris, Susan Gomez (Robert), Diane Ford (Michael) and Kathleen Vanasse; her children-in-law, John MacDonald, Diane Molitoris, Katherine Molitoris and Thomas Vanasse; and her children, Eileen MacDonald and Jacob Molitoris III. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, her Goddaughter, nieces and nephews, as well as loving friends and caregivers.
