He was predeceased by: his brother Frank Yakimik (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, John Yakimik (Lynn) and Jill Garofalo (Robert); his grandchildren, Gregory, Salvatore (Bianca), Nicole, Andrew and Matthew; his niece Carol Yakimik; and his sister-in-law Holly Valerio (Marty).
