He is survived by: his daughters, Rosa Paterna-Conte (Costantino) and Connie Paterna-Cianni (Mauro); his grandchildren, Joseph Conte (Tobi), Rosa Conte-Fernandes (Nuno), Amanda Cianni and Jeremy Cianni; his great grandchildren, Briella, Gianna, Brooke and Milania; and his brothers, Emilio Paterna (Lucia) and Gerardo Paterna (Gerardina).
