As Francisco departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Francisco may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Francisco leaves behind.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Susie Ciliberti and Vincent Ciliberti; his sister Ann Folan; and his girlfriend Wendy.

Francisco worked as a Custodian, where he took pride in his work and his contributions to his community.
