She was predeceased by: her husband Sylvester Joseph Polizzotto; and her siblings, Annie Cook, Mable Garris, Etta Wall, Hazel Hudspeth, Roy Hudspeth, Paul Hudspeth, Hugh Hudspeth and Charles Hudspeth.
She is survived by: her sons, William J. Hudspeth, Jr. (Jodi) and David Hudspeth (Jean); her grandchildren, Ryan Elizabeth, Rachel, David, Jr. (Crystal) and Cheryl (Ted); her great grandchildren, David, III, Colin, Michele and Teddy; and her siblings, Jane Perkins, Shirley Brown and William "Billy" Hudspeth.
