She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Istivan; and her grandson Ronald Istivan, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Ronald (Wilma); her grandchildren, Stephen Istivan and Jeanne Marie Scanlon (Jay); and her great grandchildren, Andrew and Emily Scanlon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
