He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John and Sophia Lukas; and his siblings, Helen, Jim, Joe and Paul Lukas.

He is survived by: his wife Laura Hafner; his sister MaryAnn Lukas-Hill; his sister-in-law Janice Lukas; and his nieces and nephews, Jaime Day, Jody Lukas-Stem, Joey Lukas, Jessica Calderon, Frank Tumminia and Vanessa Zamarin.
