He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Fatuova and Filomena Fatuova; and his siblings, Anthony, John, Violet Mazza, Martha Ferrandino, Elvira Rigolosi, Rose Pellegrino and Anna Fatuova.

He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, John (Jodi), Loraine (Wayne) and Linda; his grandchildren, Ashley (Todd), Arielle (Cierra), Kristina (David), Alyssa (Nick), Daniel, Cassandra, Michael and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Luca and Francesco; and his brother Rocco (Marie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations for the Wounded Warrior Project.
