It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlton Manuel of Garfield, New Jersey, who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Manuel. He is survived by: his father Deacon Hayward Manuel, Sr.; his daughters, Theresa Manuel and Tara Sanderson; his grandchildren, Ny'ela, Avianna, A'naiya, Amir and Nevaeh; his siblings, Quintin Manuel, Sr. (Shametta), Hayward Manuel, Jr. (Anita), Vincent Manuel, Deborah Perry (Clayton), Grace Hairston (Doran) and Lucretia Manuel; his aunts, Vera Waters and Dolores Dye; his uncle Rev. Eugene Durham (Dottie); and his nieces and nephews, Ariel, Tanisha, Miema, Spencer, Brittany, Quintin II, Tyrell and Andre Jr.. He is also survived by thirteen great-nieces and nephews.
