He is survived by: his father Horace; his children, Martella Buggs-Hawkins (Christien) of Concord and Brian Buggs Jr. of St. Louis; and his brother Reginald Buggs Sr. (Marlene) of Garfield, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
