He was predeceased by: his wife Jane; his parents, Andrew Kpacz and Caroline Kpacz; and his sister Josephine. He is survived by: his nieces, Dee Pepper, Roberta Roper and Denise Doyczack; his nephew Thomas Hudak (Carlin); and his caregiver Catherine Mellon (family: Mike, Pattie Buschhoff, Barbara DeGeus, Elizabeth, Ed Ginnochio, James Mellon).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
