She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony K. Wolak Sr.; and her sister Frances Szwed. She is survived by: her children, Anthony C. Wolak Jr. (Toni) of Pittstown and Carolyn Wolak of Highland Lakes; her siblings, Diana Magistrelli, Beverly Pitak and Walter Szwed Jr.; her grandchildren, Dana, Joseph, Nicole and Kimberly; her great-nephew Jason Vicioso; and her niece Krissy Nuccitelli. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
