She was predeceased by: her husband John Swistak, Sr.; and her sister Evelyn Puzio. She is survived by: her sons, John Swistak, Jr. (Karen), Joseph Swistak (Cindy) and Anthony Swistak (Toni); her grandchildren, Joelle Asala (Michael), Malissa Lemanski (Mark), Dylan Swistak and Bernie Yucker (Ivy); and her great grandchildren, Miles, Aiden Asala, Emma, Eliana Lemanski, Reed, Paige and Oliva Yucker.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
