He was predeceased by: his parent Maurem Ajdinovski. He is survived by: his parent Bukurije Ajdinovski (Alimi); his son Jonathan Ajdinovski; and his sisters, Florina Bojka (Naim) and Teuta Islami (Fiat).

In Lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Agim may be made to the Albanian American Islamic Center.
