She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth W. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Scott Smith (Christy), Vicki Blocker (Duane), Kevin Smith (Doris), Todd Smith (Nancy) and Sherri Smith (Tony). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to her favorite charity – Children's Hospital of Philadelphia or to Seashore Gardens Living Center where she received exceptional care during her battle with Parkinson's disease.
