She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Q. Smith and Katherine C. Smith (Pferd); her former husband Lloyd Baker; her husband Dale L. Johnson; her brothers, Herbert Smith, William Smith and Paul Smith, Jr.; her granddaughters, Kristin Baker and Lisa Tinsman; and her son-in-law Thomas Holzworth.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Baker (Nancy) of St. Petersburg, FL and Gail M. Holzworth of Hellertown, PA; and her stepchildren, Holly Kowalenko (Brent), Timothy Johnson (Sue) and Steven Johnson (Renee). She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and her many nieces and nephews.
