He was predeceased by: his father John Scarano; and his nephew Nicolas D. Scarano. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Scarano; his mother Frances Scarano (Penny); his siblings, Kenneth Scarano (Karen), Glenn Scarano (Helen) and Debbie Murasky (Tom); and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Brown-Skolsky (Matt), Kevin Brown (Tiffany), Lacey Scarano and Emily Scarano.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home (100 Elton-Adelphia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728). The military honors was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 7:45 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Nj Veterans Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
