With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheryl Mott of Freehold, New Jersey, who passed away on May 24, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Mott and Anne Brown Mott; and her great-niece Tiffany Foy. She is survived by: her siblings, Duane Mott (Vennis), Glen Mott, Cynthia Mott, Karen Mott Baldwin (Marion), Michelle Key and Sharon Mott; her nieces and nephews, Tyrone Mabson (Donielle), Rahsheen Mott, Whitney Baldwin Powell (Bobby) and Tyree Mabson; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Saryiah Mabson, Xavier Viggiano and Chandler Powell; her cousins, Claudette Williams, Keith (Maria), Azuri Brown and Richard Brown; and her goddaughter Carly Conover.
In 2002, she received the John G. McGackin Renaissance Award for her contributions to Freehold and was recognized by the Monmouth County Court for her service with the Volunteers in Probation Program.
