He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Ceasar and Florence Ceasar; his siblings, James, Raymond, Gerald, Robert, Ralph Ceasar and Sheila Ceasar Tolor; and his brother-in-law Jim Maitland.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Ceasar; his sisters, Brenda Ceasar Brown and Florence Ceasar Brown Douglas; and his parents-in-law, Lorraine Maitland, Alice, Robert Newton, George, Barbara Dobosh, Ellen Garzon, Michael Maitland, John and Marilyn Truppo. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and extended family.
