He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Milazzo and Joseph Salvatore Milazzo; and his brothers, Stephen Edward Milazzo and Joseph Robert Milazzo. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Milazzo; his sister Theresa Piccirillo; his children, Deborah Milazzo Battaglia and Edward Salvatore Milazzo of Brick; his grandchildren, Nicole (Matthew), Christopher (Amanda), Alyssa, Theodore, Tyler and Alana (Daniel); and his great grandchild Ambrose.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holmdel Cemetery (900 Holmdel Rd, Holmdel, NJ 07733).
