He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Heidi Jones Bennett; his sister Edith Phillips; his nephew Peter Heck; and also Susan Lane. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Bennett (Patrick McFadden), Barbara Nagle (Dan), Jeanne Bennett (Bruce Clements), Linda Ciufo (John) and Paul Bennett (Jill); his grandchildren, Daniel Nagle (Ashley), Kaity Camano (Chris), Thomas Nagle (Triston Simons), T. J. Ciufo, Maggie Ciufo (Lee Manalang), Elyse Burch (Jared) and Amy Santos (Ryan); his niece Jane Boyle; and his great grandchildren, Emmett Camano and Bennett Burch.
