It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Barlaam (Freehold, New Jersey), born in Ossining, New York, who passed away on May 9, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Louisa Barlaam; his children, Geanna Barlaam and Jacob Barlaam; his brothers, Raymond (Maria Barlaam) and Brian (Linda Barlaam); and his children-in-law, Geanna Merola, Erik Landsberg, Angie and Nat Rosen.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Hospital; the Make-A-Wish Foundation; or Holt International.
