He is survived by: his wife Denise; his sister Pamela Hall of Las Vegas; his father-in-law Vincent Martorano of Tom's River; his sister-in-law Theresa Messenger (Keith); and his nieces, Amanda and Regina.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
