She is survived by: her mother Patricia Lukach of Freehold; her siblings, Jane Ciani (Ray), Nancy Kletke-Wells (Glenn Wells) of Freehold, Lynn Lilly (Floyd) of Naples, FL, Michael Lukach (Kristen) of Bordentown and David Lukach (Ellen) of Murphy, NC; her godchildren, Kevin Kletke, Michael Kletke and Kristina Kletke; her nieces and nephews, Lenora, Daniel, Rylee, Morgan, Emily and Isabel; her great-nieces, Nora, Ella and Charlotte; her aunt Joan Dias; and her cousins, Bob, John and Chris.
