With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nurhayat Cengiz of Freehold, New Jersey, who passed away on December 2, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Umit Cayli; her father Nesip Cengiz; and her brother Murat Cengiz. She is survived by: her daughter Ebru Demirbulakli; her mother Nermin Cengiz; and her siblings, Nurhan Cengiz, Mirhiban Cengiz, Yucel Cengiz (Keila), Ayhan Cengiz (Vera) and Sevgi Kocak (Serdar). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Nurhayat may be made to the family for her daughter's future.
