He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael McCormack and Marie McCormack. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn McCormack; his daughters, Shawn Shames (Barry) of Freehold and Carolyn Kipp (Derek) of Easthampton, MA; his grandson Eric Shames; and his brothers, Michael, Edward and Richard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
