He is survived by: his wife Catherine Cunningham-Starr; his son Christopher; his mother Cheryl Starr; his brother Adam; his sister-in-law Stephanie Starr; his grandparents, Ron and JoAnn Tucker; his pet Shelby; and his parents-in-law, James and Regina S. Cunningham. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
