It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Henry Wilds (Freehold, New Jersey), born in Darlington, South Carolina, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Mack Wilds and Henry Franklin Wilds. He is survived by: his children, James Henry Wilds, Jr. and Courteney Lynn Wilds; his brother-in-law Jim; his sister Mary "Tip" Spears; his brothers-in-law, Willie Douglas and Selvin Powell (Sam); his wife Patricia Ann Wilds; his daughter-in-law LaMetris Manuel Wilds; his grandchildren, Jade Carrington Wilds and James Henry Wilds, III; his sisters, Lillie Douglas, Listena Farley and Barbara Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Griffin Powell, Roberta Griffin Torian, Sandra Griffin, William Torian (Bill) and Lewis Hargrave Griffin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
