He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Gambale and Lucille Gambale. He is survived by: his wife Donna Gambale; his sons, Dominick and Anthony; and his siblings, Laurie Guarraci (Andrew) and Lisa Goldbetter (Jon). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws and dear friends.
