He was predeceased by: his siblings, Francesco Lagonigro and Lucia Lagonigro. He is survived by: his wife Lucia Lagonigro of Freehold Township; his daughters, Maria Lagonigro (John Armenia) of Freehold and Christina Lardin of Nanuet, NY; and his grandchildren, Jake, Ryan and Daniel.

For those who desire, donations in memory of Giovanni may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
