She was predeceased by: her father John Lazarczyk; her stepfather Ben Jankowski; her mother Mary Jankowski; and her siblings, Marlene Horgan and Johnny Lazarczyk, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband John P. Duffy (Jack); her children, John P. Duffy, Jr. (Sue), Kevin Duffy and Karen Duffy; her grandsons, Tyler and Brendan Duffy; and her stepgrandchildren, Jack and Charlotte Murray.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 9:30 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Co-Cathedral (61 Georgia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728). A burial was held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery (299 Freehold-Englishtown Rd, Freehold, NJ 07728).
