He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kazlauskas; his children, Colleen Lindquist (Jeff) of Brick, Heather Rudolph (Jamie) of Winter Springs and Christopher Kazlauskas (Carly) of Denville; his grandchildren, Tommy, Shannon, Abigail, Sarah, James and Andrew; and his sister Jean Fuhr (Rich).
