She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Simon; and her son Henry Simon. She is survived by: her children, Gail Rothkopf (Michael) and Robert Simon (Cathy); her grandchildren, Amy (Henry), Rebecca (Sawyer), Zachary (Rebekah), Emily (Bryan), Charles, Liam, William and John; and her great grandchildren, Levi, James and Jonah.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home (100 Elton-Adelphia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Co-Cathedral (61 Georgia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728). A burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery (299 Freehold-Englishtown Rd, Freehold, NJ 07728).
