Birch of Freehold, New Jersey, born in Matawan, New Jersey, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Ronan Holmes; and her siblings, Charles Holmes, Alma Boyce, Virginia Johnson and Bernice Holmes.
She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Holmes and Catherine Archer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Higgins Memorial (20 Center St, Freehold, NJ 07728). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (16 Mc Lean St, Freehold, NJ 07728). A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at the Final Resting Place St. Rose of Lima Cemetery (299 Freehold-Englishtown Rd, Freehold, NJ 07728).
