It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor B. Bennett of Freehold, New Jersey, who passed away on September 21, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Eleanor has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her husband Chester Bennett; her daughter Stephanie Bennett; and her sister Cecelia Vaccaro. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracey Clayton (Steve) of Freehold and Patricia Bennett (David Tibbals) of Sea Bright; her grandchildren, Stephen Bennett of Middletown and Olivia Tack of Middletown; and her brother Martin Neff (Christina) of Whiting. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home (100 Elton-Adelphia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728).
