She was predeceased by: her former husbands, John Gay and Jason Sims. She is survived by: her goddaughter Mia; her mother Rosemarie Sabat; her husband Gary Moskovciak, Sr. (Lynda); her siblings, Gary Moskovciak, Jr. (Christina), Jeffrey Moskovciak (Julie) and Erin Wical (Will); her nieces, Mia and Brooke; and her nephew Chase.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Ramapo Rescue Dog Association and mailed to P.O. Box 864, Ramsey, NJ 07446.
