He was predeceased by: his wife Lili; and his sons, Peter and Philip. He is survived by: his children, Mark Biega (Catherine) of State College, PA, Annette David (Mark) of Tucson, AZ and Eileen Biega-Stys (Stephen) of East Windsor; and his close friend Iris Ivers of Freehold Township. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
