She is survived by: her children, Michael Peter Azzinaro of Staten Island and Patricia Ann Monticciolo (Mario) of Freehold; her grandchildren, Joseph Azzinaro, Krystina Malfa, Alyssa Azzinaro, Elaina Malfa, Joseph Malfa, Nicholas Malfa, Isabella Malfa, Philip Giacalone, Joseph Giacalone and Gabrielle Wisdom; and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Jayce, Ayva and Penelope. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
